Membership agreements for legal services and benefits are subject to the following conditions: the benefits are not transferable. You must be current on your payment obligation to receive legal services and benefits under the applicable membership agreement(s). It is your sole responsibility to make certain your payment obligation is met. If there is a lapse in payment, you must apply for reinstatement to the respective program(s). The effective date of the legal services is specified in your respective agreement(s), but begins no earlier than the date the first payment is received from you. Unless specifically provided for under the terms of your membership agreement(s), we will not be responsible for any payments incidental to the work of the independent program attorney(s) (e.g., investigative/expert witness fees and court costs).
